So I wait in line, I'm a modern man And the people behind me, they can't understand Makes me feel like Something don't feel right In my dream I was almost there Then you pulled me aside and said you're going nowhere They say we are the chosen few But we're wasted And that's why we're still waiting (Arcade Fire, Modern Man)

Thank you very much, dear! You're right, it could be a scene out of some dystopian fiction. I have to admit though that this photo has not been taken at the Central London Hatchery and Conditioning Centre.

It's indeed necessary to make a "new" work out of it by interpreting it in my very own way. Otherwise it would be just documentary, and referring to the German law, I wouldn't even be allowed to post a photo of it.
I understand the desire of people to "re-invent the mousetrap" But for me I stay away from such attempts because in my head I know its not mine in the sense that any "vision" I may use doesn't assure me that the original artist didn't intend for me to see it that way. But I understand that others are compelled to "collaborate" unsolicitedly and my hat is off to them for trying.
