I've always been interested in taking photos of doors, windows or similar. They make interesting subjects, because you can discover them on several levels - there's usually a lot going on in front of them, on their surface and behind. Certainly a theme of my photography that I'll never get tired of.
I enjoy seeing it from your view. I tried this a few times but I only end up with snapshots that don't look like anything more than a door. I suppose like anything it takes time to develop the eye for such things. But I'm from a generation that wants instant gratification and so we give up real quick if we don't get what we want right away. Or maybe its an American thing
