Wow. I love your photography style it's really good and doesn't focus on the nicer parts of life. It's really good especially this one, the cracked panes of glass on the side of the building along with the decrepit state of the Building itself gives a very specific image.
One thing I like about this one is despite the state of the building the sun is obviously shining against the windows creating a lovely state that gives an effect of the silver lining in the clouds so to speak.
It's not to clean or shiny it's just how some houses are, even if they're being lived in at the time!
Well done bud :)

Very nicely done. I like the contrast between the three parts - the glass, the cement, and the metal. The way you composed the shot reminds me of a triptych. Good job.

Thank you very much. It's indeed triptych-ish, I love this kind of "readymades" in the backyards of the big cities. :D

Herzlichen Dank, Peter.

Such normalities ... arent they always a provocation? This makes me think of invisible qualities, meeting my eye and mind each day, when I walk along my daily ... business. Streets, buildings, walls and their details telling each time a bit about us. Sorry for being so late here, Florian, I missed this one :)

I think it's a pity that we often pass those backyards without noticing the beauty that lies within them. You can even read a lovestory on this wall. ;)

Thank you very much for your comment, Martin. And don't worry about being late. :)

At first I haven't notice it, but then I did. You know, I have already told you that I love how you're looking for rather small details instead of something big. It makes the work very interesting!:hug:

Thank you very much, dear! I love how the heart with the arrow is softening the cold abstraction. This picture wouldn't be the same for me without this heart. :aww:

It's a yellow sticker behind the glass blocks. A funny idea to put it there, because it's almost impossible to see what's written on it. :D

Thank you very much, Richard! :aww:

Btw, have you noticed the heart with the arrow in the lower right corner (it's easier to see it in fullview)? That's my favorite detail on this photo.

I did see the heart and arrow and I agree that it's nice - human affection scratched into the solid (well, relatively) concrete!
