I try to reach this unknown land

Where I've never never been before
I try to run and swim across

I am getting paranoid
I feel a gaping void

I wonder how long I'll keep believing that there's a light at the end of the tunnel
until I finally realize that it's only photoshopped.

In the woods near my hometown, Bad Arolsen (Germany).

Taking a picture of a path in the forest has been done to death but this photo is unique.
Superb technique in both composition, lighting and subject matter has created a beautiful timeless piece.
I like how there is no hint of time or season giving it a very ethereal and almost supernatural edge without being obvious. The play of light and dark in the composition truly captures the essence of the forest and it's very nature and also shows that thought went into it.
I'm now going to check out the rest of your gallery due to this piece!

I'm stunned, Florian!
The way you took that picture is simply awesome. The vision is great. The thumb catched my attention right away. I was almost forced to click and to fullview it. Your picture is so full of emotions and it seems to tell a story.
Technically it's perfect, but as many people may know, every forest-picture of you is perfect

I love how the dark fades the more you follow the path.
The composition is lovely, and I do really enjoy every picture you upload.
Keep up the good work.
